Welcome to Au Cœur de Rennes , a charming guest house located in the heart of the spa village of Rennes-les-Bains, in the Aude region of Occitanie.

A former family hotel from the 1920s, completely renovated, the house now offers two types of comfortable and welcoming accommodation:

Bed and Breakfast – 5 comfortable rooms

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, television with DVD player, and hairdryer.

Independent apartment

A furnished and fully equipped apartment, with a gîte format, located on the top floor. Ideal for 4 people.

The typical red shutters overlook the village square. In the garden, by the Salz River, relax with a book, enjoy the southern sunshine, or share a picnic.

Laurence is originally from Normandy but fell in love with the spirit and culture of the south. Her cuisine is inspired by traditional recipes from all over France. Since 2011, she has welcomed her visitors with generosity and simplicity, in a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere.

GÎTE REINE BLANCHE

The terms used to describe a gîte, a vacation rental, and a furnished tourist accommodation are sometimes different, yet the purpose is the same: to offer vacationers and tourists accommodation. Since it's rated by an independent certification body, the term "furnished tourist accommodation" is the preferred 3* .

Our accommodation has a beautiful surface area of approximately 60m2, comfortable and bright, located on the 3rd floor of our guest house, in Rennes-les-Bains in the Aude, in the heart of Cathar Country in the southwest of France.

The cottage has a capacity of four people (possibility up to 6 depending on conditions) and is equipped as follows:

a kitchen open to the dining room and the large living room with TV, DVD player,
two bedrooms : a bedroom equipped with two single beds 80x200 for two separate beds or a double bed 160cm, another bedroom equipped with a double bed in 140cm,
a large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and cupboard.
The living room is also equipped with a double sofa bed, allowing the accommodation of additional people (subject to conditions).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, as well as cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, table and six chairs.

Hotel linens are provided for the lodge: bed sheets, towels (one small and one large per person), and kitchen towels. The beds are made ready for your arrival.

The cottage must be left clean, you must clean at the end of your stay, cleaning products are provided . If you do not wish to clean before your departure, you can request the cleaning package service: €50.

And as guests of the gîte you benefit from access to the garden by the river (garden furniture, barbecue), our electric bike rental for your half-day or full-day excursions.
